Though we may have started to glimpse who we really are; though we may have started to manifest our dreams; still, the path continues! And we need to constantly remind ourselves who we really are, while mindfully bringing our dreams to fruition. Through abhyasa, when the methods and wisdom become uninterrupted for us, we enter the joyful flow of walking the path!
So, we invite you to see just how far you can take this realization - to take what you have learned in Laying the Foundation, and to merge the practice with your very being!
Yogafy your life! Yogafy your world!
The flow will always go on. It is up to us to go with it. Why wait?! Join us now!

For example, we may start our practice, keeping it going for a time, and then somehow we fall off track and can’t seem to keep momentum. That’s the beauty of the group energy and the structure that is offered in this second part of the journey - it’s specifically designed to prevent that from happening.
And even if it does happen and you slip, you can always reach out to us or the other companions on the journey with you. Being part of this family, you can always be uplifted and also help to uplift those around you on the path: we are karmic partners, walking each other home!

And then we don’t go for the direct experience that only comes through sustained practice. The truth is, concepts and memories of past experiences dissolve like morning dew in the sun - so we must strive for that uninterrupted and direct realization.
No matter how many detailed descriptions and maps I give you of Paris, there is no substitute for just going there and experiencing it directly. In the same way, we must never let our ideas about yoga keep us from continued practice and realization of the truth that yoga points to. That is why we offer more methods and practices on this second leg of the journey that will facilitate deepening our practice and continuing the journey.

Not only that, but continuing this journey with others who are part of the Karuna Seeds family and having a similar experience is a resource that is really so valuable. So please, don’t stop now. You’ve come so far. Keep on going! We believe in you! And we have seen this path change so many people’s lives already! Join us!

I’m feeling much gratitude for being here! It’s my another beautiful journey with Karuna Seeds. And oh my goodness i learned so much about asanas, pranayama, meditation and especially the world view in completely new ways. Im a longtime practitioner and yoga teacher yet this course offered me so much knowledge and experience for personal growth. As this course offers an online guidance I could study the material on my own pace and always have chance to come back to it if needed. This amazing course fully equipped with all yoga tools and personal guidance for all level practitioners, considering needs of everyone. I highly recommend this course for everyone who wants to level up or just curious about yoga, both will find this course very helpful and easy to follow up. Much love to Karina and all the team for making this course so special! Namaste!

The initial motivation for signing up was that during my daily asana practice, I often found many reasons to interrupt it for long periods (perhaps due to laziness, or maybe because I genuinely needed rest). By embarking on this yoga journey with everyone and having the flexibility to revisit class videos at my own pace, I found a sense of reminder (and gentle encouragement).
(One of the biggest obstacles in my practice might be my laziness.)
As time passed and I listened more deeply to my inner self, I realized there was a deeper desire for learning—regardless of how the external environment changes, no matter how much anxiety, sadness, or anger I might feel, I want to learn how to find the power to maintain balance within and without. It's like learning to steady myself on a wooden plank in the ocean. Even if the winds are too strong and I accidentally capsize, getting temporarily lost while drifting in the sea, I still hope to treat myself with more patience and kindness, waiting calmly for the right moment.
I also hope that through the insights and reflections gained from practicing in daily life, I can help those I encounter on this journey who may need support.
Wishing everyone, as they accumulate experiences along this journey, can take steps closer to their wishes and realize them from the heart!

Highly Recommended!
I’m a student from the first cohort and have already re-watched the lessons several times. In the past, I used to think that yoga was just about physical postures. Despite practicing for 10 years, I saw no improvement. My stiff bones made me dislike yoga, and I only stuck with it because I wanted to maintain some form of exercise.
That all changed when I met Teacher Karina. She completely transformed my view of yoga, and I can finally say out loud—I love yoga!

I want to share something important that I learned along this yoga journey. It is to see that the world is coming from us. As it’s a very hard truth to accept and we often have tendency to separate ourselves from the world, divide it on “me and them”. This course teaches you to take everything as the part of yourself, to see and feel the suffering of others as own suffering. This course teaches you to see the ultimate reality that everything starts and end from you and if you don’t like what you see you have to start from yourself. Life is like an experience in the movie theater and if you don’t like what you watch you have to go to the projector and change the movie, not trying to change the projection on the screen which just an illusion. I’m really grateful that I took this course and I recommend everyone to step on this journey:)

Thanks to Prema and the whole team for putting together such a thoughtful journey! I love yoga because it gives me a moment of peace and reassurance (since it requires focus) and some time to be alone with myself. It’s been over a year since I last attended a class, and recently, with the pandemic stirring up emotions, I’ve felt less stable, even though I practice at home.
When I found out about this online journey, I signed up immediately. It's super convenient for me to attend classes via video, and I can revisit the lessons anytime without feeling pressed for time. Yesterday’s class was just 30 minutes, but it really grounded me.
I’m happy that over these 33 days, I’ve not only solidified my understanding of yoga but also maintained a steady, positive energy that I can share with friends and family. And about breathing... I’m not great at it either, so I'll continue focusing on improving the breathing techniques taught by our teacher, Prema.
Just wanted to share these thoughts and express my gratitude.

I sincerely thank all the teachers for their selfless dedication (whether through teaching or behind-the-scenes technical support 🙏).
Thanks to you, we have the opportunity to learn and share with each other here. Lately, I've been experiencing a growing sense of being grounded within my body, no matter where I am or what I encounter. The moments of inner clarity and stability have been increasing. The deeper the challenges, the more I find it necessary to settle myself, and as a result, I’ve begun to feel that life is gradually moving in a better direction again.
For all of this, I’m truly grateful to the teachers. I’m also deeply thankful to the fellow students who have asked questions and shared their experiences. Your contributions have sparked new inspirations in my life. Everyone here is my teacher, and I’m very grateful to all of you. 🙏🌸

At the beginning, I started off getting dizzy and feeling like throwing up just from bending over. My arms were too weak to lift my head in the Cobra pose, I would gasp for breath, and sweat buckets. But I kept at it. Now, I can bend over without feeling dizzy, lift my head in Cobra, breathe easier, and the cold sweats are gone. I remember Prema saying that the basics of yoga start with the Sun Salutation, so now, no matter how busy I am, I always find time each day to do a few Sun Salutations. They've really made a positive change in my body, so I'm sticking with it and trying out different yoga poses.
It feels like my body has fallen in love with yoga, not just me liking it. I just follow my body's lead to do yoga every day, any type of yoga. If I don’t, it just stays on my mind, reminding me. It's such a strange, indescribable feeling. I used to meditate whenever I had a spare moment, but now it’s all about doing yoga. Every day, it’s like my mind and body are tug-of-warring over what to prioritize. For now, yoga is winning...
